We’re back home from a long weekend away at Lake Guntersville.

We visited Guntersville State Park for a camping adventure. We left out on Thursday evening to spend a few nights away just relaxing.

We spent a lot of time fishing, riding bikes and just enjoying some much needed down time.

We did head out to dinner once…because when you’re that close to a Top O’ the River you MUST go!

We saw geese and deer and watched Fall slowly arrive. It was the absolute best.

Evenings spent around the campfire are magical. And s’mores are pretty good too.

Now we’re back home and gearing up for our next adventure. More on that soon.
